Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and all activities conducted under their credentials. Providing false information or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited.

4. Booking and Payment

Guests must comply with the payment terms specified by the platform. Hosts set their accommodation prices, but Traditional Host may charge a service fee. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors. Bookings are subject to confirmation, and the Traditional Host is not responsible for any cancellations by the Host or Guest.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary and are determined by the Host. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking. Traditional Host reserves the right to mediate disputes but is not liable for refund obligations beyond stated policies.

6. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate descriptions and images of their accommodations. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their property meets local laws and safety standards. Hosts must honor confirmed bookings unless circumstances beyond their control arise.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with the rules set by the Host. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Guests should respect check-in/check-out times and conduct themselves appropriately.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentations, or illegal transactions. Unauthorized subletting of booked properties is prohibited. Any harassment, discrimination, or abuse towards other users is strictly forbidden.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

Traditional Host acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for issues arising from bookings. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of Hosts/Guests. Traditional Host is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries related to bookings.

11. Dispute Resolution
